Summit BHC seeks a Behavioral Health Associate I for Mountain Laurel Recovery Center in Westfield, PA, on the 2nd shift. This onsite role supports a multidisciplinary treatment team, focusing on client care, supervision, data collection, and crisis response.

Responsibilities include client safety, vital signs, documentation, group activities, and activity planning. Requires a high school diploma and CPR/de-escalation training; 6 months’ population experience preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more experience with the facility's population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and supervise a structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and monitor clients.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Chart client records timely and accurately.
• Assist with activity planning and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage crisis situations.
