Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Six months or more experience working with the specific population preferred.
• Knowledge of common psychiatric disorders and/or dual diagnosis and various treatment modalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure wellbeing and safety of clients, provide a structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and follow individualized supervision guidelines.
• Take and chart vital signs and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Record client data accurately and timely in charts and reports.
• Provide de-escalation and crisis response as needed.
• Assist with activities, groups, and discharge planning as required.
