Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors clients, conducts safety checks, and communicates changes to staff.
• Charts in client records timely and accurately.
• Uses de-escalation techniques to manage emotions and participation.
• Provides incident reporting and coordinates transfers or transportation as needed.
