Shifts Available:
Location: Southwood Hospital's IDD/ADD Residential Treatment Center - Canonsburg, Pennsylvania (~20 minutes south of Pittsburgh,PA)
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
About our IDD/ASD Residential Treatment Center:
Our treatment center is designed for boys ages 6–21 with intellectual developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder, combined with mental health challenges. We proudly serve up to 44 residents, maintaining a high-touch 1:4 staff-to-resident ratio to ensure intensive, personalized care

This person will be responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards patients always. Our goal is to recognize when patient needs are not met, and acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. We will always recognize that patient safety is a top priority.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
· CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
· First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
