What Success Looks Like:

• You build strong, affirming relationships with clients rooted in trust and collaboration
• You maintain ethical documentation and clinical care standards
• You contribute to a practice culture grounded in empathy, reflection, and inclusive values
• You engage in optional peer support, consultation, and growth opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth
• Manage a consistent caseload with autonomy and clinical integrity
• Complete documentation in a timely, organized, and ethical manner
• Attend monthly peer consultation or team check-ins (optional but encouraged)
• Maintain active licensure and adhere to NYS and professional guidelines

Qualifications:

• Must belicensed in New York Stateas an LMHC (limited permit holders welcome to apply with supervision needs noted)
• We are also accepting MHC - interns at this time.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to diverse populations
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ affirming care
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual/remote environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
