Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in OPWDD related field or similar.
• Competency in documenting records according to program standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of the Behavior Intervention Specialist and team.
• Assist with assessments and develop goals based on individual needs.
• Coordinate treatment between residence and day habilitation programs.
