Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in OPWDD related field.
• Experience in a residential, health or treatment related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with residential or day habilitation staff under supervision.
• Develop goals/outcomes in the Comprehensive Functional Assessment.
• Assist in assessments and observations.
• Ensure consistent implementation of programming.
