Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in OPWDD related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with team to assess individual needs and develop goals.
• Facilitate case conferences and maintain habilitation records.
• Assist with staff training and ensure clinical interventions are implemented correctly.
