Job summary

Bloomington Meadows Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an Assessment Coordinator to streamline service requests, referrals, and clinical needs assessments for patients and families. Qualifications

• RN Indiana license or Master's Degree in a behavioral health field.
• Experience with crisis intervention, risk assessment, and psychiatric/chemical dependency understanding.
• Familiarity with working with managed care organizations and external payors.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requests for services and resource referrals.
• Assess patient and family clinical needs and coordinate care.
• Interface with managed care organizations, external reviewers, and payors.
