Job summary

Bloomington Meadows Hospital is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to facilitate service requests, assess patient and family needs, and coordinate with managed care organizations and external reviewers. The role interfaces with payors to ensure appropriate resource referrals and timely access to services.

Qualifications

• Education: Current RN Indiana license or Master's Degree in a behavioral health field.
• Experience: Prefer knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment, psychiatric diagnosis, or basic chemical dependency.
