Job summary

Bloomington Meadows Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an Assessment Coordinator to streamline service requests, referrals, and clinical needs assessments for patients and families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and master’s level clinicians to tailor care paths.

Qualifications

• RN Indiana license or Master's Degree in a behavioral health field.
• Experience with crisis intervention, risk assessment, and psychiatric/chemical dependency understanding.
• Familiarity with working with managed care organizations and external payors.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Current RN Indiana license or Master's Degree in a behavioral health field.

Experience: Prefer knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment, psychiatric diagnosis, or basic chemical dependency.
