Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee TRR assessments and PCRP enrollment documentation.
• Coordinate timely completion of assessments and consents.
• Support intake for initial recovery plan development.
• Engage with individuals in crisis and provide walk-in support as needed.
• Maintain electronic health record documentation and ensure data accuracy.
