Job summary

LifePath Systems, based in Texas, seeks a QMHP-CS to perform assessments, recovery planning, resource navigation, referrals to community services, and crisis services for adults enrolled in behavioral health programs. The role provides flexible coverage and supports a small caseload as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work (Master’s preferred) with at least three years of clinical experience; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field from a four year university.
• Bachelor’s degree must meet Texas Administrative Code requirements for a QMHP-CS.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Has at least three years of clinical experience in treating mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, recovery planning, resource navigation, and referrals to community services.
• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and crisis services as needed.
• Maintain a small caseload and cover for PTO or staff absences as required.
• Document service notes in the electronic health record within required timelines.
• Engage with LifePath Systems team and community partners to reduce barriers and support independent living.
