Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate admissions by reviewing referrals.
• Respond to phone calls and inquiries about the facility.
• Provide initial screening and level of care assessment.
• Coordinate admission and transfer from referral sources.
• Manage insurance verification and benefit eligibility.
• Create Authorization Tracking Forms for accepted patients.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Medical, and Psychiatric leaders on referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of milieu management and patient privacy.
• Communicate projected admissions to internal representatives.
• Complete pre-authorization for treatment and admission when possible.
