Job summary

Global Outreach Telerehabilitation is a veteran-focused behavioral health practice delivering care via telehealth and in-office visits. We provide individual, family, couples and group therapy, assessments, medication management, and substance use counseling.

The team is small and close-knit, dedicated to quality and making care accessible for veterans. This role supports daily office operations, scheduling, and documentation in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of office experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, courteous phone and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with computers, email, and electronic records.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must complete required HIPAA and CPR training.

Responsibilities

• Support daily front- and back-office operations in a behavioral health setting
• Handle scheduling, client intake paperwork, and phone and email communication
• Process referrals and documents, including online fax
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in our EHR (SimplePractice)
• Assist with file organization, data entry, and compliance documentation
• Support the team in preparing for accreditation and quality reviews
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements at all times
