Qualifications

• Experience with people with Severe Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) preferred.
• Ability to use motivational interviewing to assess and guide clients toward work/education goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist ACT clients in achieving recovery goals related to skills, education and employment.
• Perform case management and connect clients to job trainings.
• Develop relationships with local businesses to secure employment placements for clients.
• Provide liaison between clients and employers and work in office and community settings.
