Qualifications

Two years of supervisory experience.
Familiarity with BHS inpatient database, Henry Ford Appointment Scheduling System, EPIC, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Groupwise, Press Ganey and Openscape.
Knowledge of Insurance Verification process and BHS payor contracts.
Base knowledge of Henry Ford HR policy/practices.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the intake process for Behavioral Health Services.
Lead strategic design and implementation of an integrated intake system for inpatient services.
Develop and manage an annual budget for the department.
Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and community referral sources.
Monitor and analyze statistical reports to improve call management and access.
Promote staff education, development, and adherence to quality standards.
