Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessments for patients with mental illness or substance use disorders in emergency/inpatient settings.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Plan dispositions to appropriate levels of care and coordinate transitions.
• Advocate for patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve outcomes.
• Operate within a team-focused, evidence-based care environment.
