Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks a detail-oriented front desk administrator to support patient registration and clinic operations in Sitka, Alaska. The role acts as the first point of contact for patients by phone and in person, collecting sensitive information and coordinating scheduling and telehealth connections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification within 45 days for residential sites.
• First Aid certification required for residential sites.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and family at the facility.
• Check patients in/out, schedule follow-ups and telehealth as needed.
• Collect, verify, and enter demographic, financial and insurance data into EHR.
