Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join our team in Philadelphia. This behavioral consultant role supports children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapies and family training.

Flexible full-/part-time options and competitive hourly pay are available, with opportunities for professional growth across 35 locations nationwide. Applicants must hold PA LBS licensure and a Masters degree, and be willing to travel within the assigned territory

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join our team supporting children with autism in Philadelphia. Competitive hourly rate. LBS's Duties Includes

Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and our staff.
Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
Assessment of client progress over time
Flexible scheduling

An active Pennsylvania LBS (Licensed Behavioral Specialist) is required.
Ability to travel through selected territory is required.
