Job summary

Kidology, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to lead ABA services across homes, schools, and community settings in the Philadelphia area.

The in-field role includes supervising BHTs and RBTs, coordinating with families and schools, and developing individualized treatment plans to support children’s growth. The position offers full-time options with strong clinical support, leadership opportunities, and a mission-driven environment focused on play-based, evidence-based therapy

Qualifications

• Active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential.
• Driver's license + reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services in natural environments.
• Conduct FBAs and assessments (ABAS-3, Vineland-3, VB-MAPP).
• Develop and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Supervise and support clinical staff on caseloads.
• Track progress, analyze data, and update programming.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards.

In this in-field role, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, and supervise BHT/RBT staff while partnering closely with families, schools, and community providers.
