Job summary

Hearts ABA Services in Pittsburgh seeks a Behavior Consultant - LBS to join our clinical team. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to implement evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

  • Active LBS credential in Pennsylvania.
  • Master's degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Complete behavioral assessments and FBAs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers and other professionals.
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation for behavioral interventions.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Support families by providing education and training related to behavior intervention strategies.

We are currently seeking a passionate Behavior Consultant - LBS to join our clinical team.

Job Duties
  • Complete behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers and other professionals
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation for behavioral interventions
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Support families by providing education and training related to behavior intervention strategies
