Job Description: Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to support children with autism in Philadelphia. Competitive hourly rate. Immediate openings for full or part‑time caseloads.

LBS's duties include:

• Team supervision; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff.
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands‑on training and monitoring programs.
• Treatment planning of clients’ individualized clinical programs and analyzing their effectiveness.
• Parent training; develop positive relationships with parents and provide weekly training sessions to teach ABA principles.
• Assessment of client progress over time.
• Flexible scheduling; choose own hours and locations.

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania LBS (Licensed Behavioral Specialist) required.
• Ability to travel through the selected territory required.
