Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join our team in Philadelphia. This behavioral consultant role supports children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapies and family training.

Flexible full-/part-time options and competitive hourly pay are available, with opportunities for professional growth across 35 locations nationwide. Applicants must hold PA LBS licensure and a Masters degree, and be willing to travel within the assigned territory

• Must hold PA LBS licensure and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavior technicians; provide weekly hands-on training and monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized clinical programs and analyze effectiveness.
• Lead parent training sessions and strengthen relationships with families.
• Assess client progress over time and adjust plans accordingly.
• Support flexible scheduling and travel within the territory.
