Aspire Child & Family Services is seeking a Behavioral Consultant (LBS) to join our Southeast PA team, with centers in Lansdale and Huntingdon Valley. You’ll deliver ABA services in center, home, school, and community settings while supervising staff and managing caseloads to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold PA LBS licensure (or BCBA in process) and a Master’s in ABA. The role offers a collaborative, supportive culture with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active PA Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) in good standing highly preferred or active LBS with BCBA in process.
• Master’s degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials.
• Passion and dedication for providing quality services to young children and adolescents.

Responsabilités

• Supervise behavior health technicians.
• Conduct assessments (FBA and VB-MAPP/AFLS).
• Oversee treatment and make modifications to treatment based on data.
• Manage a reasonable caseload (25 per week average).
