Job summary

AngelCare ABA Therapy in Philadelphia is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism, supervise staff, and create individualized treatment plans.

You will work within a collaborative team, using data to guide progress, train caregivers, and ensure regulatory compliance. Flexible scheduling and meaningful career growth are available through full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing with the PA Department of State.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure effective implementation.
  • Monitor client progress through data evaluations and adjust protocols as needed.

Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) Duties and Responsibilities:

The Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) is responsible to:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure effective implementation.
  • Monitor client progress through data evaluations and adjust protocols as needed.

Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) Compensation and Schedule:
  • Shifts: Full time, Part time, Flexible
  • Hours: 10 – 40 hours per week
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) Skills and Qualifications:
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of State.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), if applicable.
