Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to support children with autism in Philadelphia. Offers compassionate ABA therapy with opportunities for full or part-time caseloads and competitive hourly pay. Travel through selected territory is required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LBS license is required.
• Masters degree in a related field is expected.
• Full or part-time caseload available.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of behavior technicians and weekly hands-on training.
• Develop individualized clinical programs and monitor effectiveness.
• Conduct parent training sessions to teach ABA principles.
• Assess client progress over time and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate scheduling and allow flexible hours and locations.

Seeking passionate and compassionate clinicians! Kaleidoscope ABA is a supportive company helping clinicians progress in the field.

LBS's duties includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and our staff.
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose your own hours and locations
