Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our growing team in PA. You will provide behavior consultation across center-based, school, home, and community settings, conducting VB-MAPP and FBA assessments, and developing BSPs for children on caseload.

Responsibilities include supervising staff and families, collecting and reviewing data to guide treatment, and documenting progress while visiting clients in various environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field; ABA preferred.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year experience conducting functional behavior assessments (under 21).
• 1000 hours of in-person clinical experience with behavioral challenges or autism.
• Experience delivering ABA in center-based, home, and community settings.
• Knowledge of PA IBHS regulations for ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior consultation in multiple environments as needed.
• Administer VB-MAPP, Essentials for Living, and FBA assessments.
• Create BSPs for children on caseload.
• Supervise staff and families through meetings and observation.
• Implement data collection, review data, and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Document progress on child goals and plans of care.
• Visit clients in-home, school, or other locations for assessments.
• Train Behavior Technicians in applying ABA principles.
