Job summary
A community-based behavioral health organization is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide evidence-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Reliable transportation to and from client locations is required.
Experience working as a Behavioral Consultant is preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to work independently and with a team
Familiarity with an electronic health record system
Education
Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
