Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Reliable transportation to and from clients' locations is required.
Strong experience with Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.
Must not be excluded from federal healthcare programs.
Responsibilities
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and ongoing evaluation.
Teach and coach caregivers and team members on behavior support strategies.
Develop, implement, and revise Behavior Support Plans.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards
Education
Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
