Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Behavioral Aide I to support students with special needs in Fontana, CA. This part-time role focuses on implementing IEPs and BIPs, providing individual instructional support, and applying ABA techniques to help students meet behavioral goals.

You will collaborate with teachers and clinical staff to deliver personalized care and monitor student progress throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to each student’s needs.
• Apply ABA methods to support targeted behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI intervention techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior, skill progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate with teachers and supervisors about student progress and concerns.
