Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Behavioral Aide I in Fontana, CA to support K–12 students with special needs. The role focuses on implementing IEPs/BIPs, providing one-on-one instructional support, and applying ABA methods to help students reach behavioral and learning goals.

Roles include crisis intervention, supervision during school activities and transport, data collection on student progress, and collaboration with teachers and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings.
• Background check (DOJ/FBI Live Scan) and TB clearance if applicable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to each student.
• Apply ABA methods to support targeted behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior, skill progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate with teachers and supervisors about student progress and concerns.
