Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism in California.

You will support social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior plans under supervision. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or 1 year related experience required.

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
