Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental delays and behavioral health challenges.

You will help clients work on social and communication skills, document progress, and implement plans set by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Flexible morning, afternoon, and evening hours are available, with competitive pay and benefits, including health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or related experience preferred.

• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

• Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
