Comprehensive Autism Center in Southern California is hiring Behavior Therapists to train as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). The role offers center-based and home-based therapy for children with autism, with mentorship from BCBA supervisors and hands-on paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear background checks (Fingerprint and FBI/DOJ) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, behaviorally-based therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in center-based and home-based settings.
• Follow a structured, research-based curriculum tailored to each child.
• Utilize data collection tools for progress tracking and real-time feedback from BCBA supervisors.
• Work part-time (up to 29 hours per week) with potential for transition to full-time.
