Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is hiring passionate Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver evidence-based, 1-on-1 therapy to children with Autism using the Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a condition of employment for this role with paid training time and extensive clinical supervision at our center-based Autism care centers across Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required as a condition of employment and maintained throughout employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about working with children with Autism and eager to grow in the ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under supervision to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework.
• Collect session data to measure progress and communicate with supervisors.
