ANNA Autism Care is hiring Behavior Therapists to deliver 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism using the NDBI approach. RBT certification is required and ANNA provides training and covers certification costs with supervision at our Massachusetts centers.

We offer competitive pay, a $400 retention bonus after 6 months, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 25–35 hours per week. Join a supportive team focused on growth and patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• RBT certification required; ANNA provides paid training and certification.
• Available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
• Passionate about working with children with Autism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Able to perform physically active tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework.
• Collect session data and communicate progress to supervisors.
• Assist with assessment procedures as directed.
• Maintain supervision documentation and records.
• Maintain active RBT certification in good standing.
