Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is hiring Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver evidence-based, 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism using the NDBI approach. RBT certification is required, with ANNA covering the training and certification costs, plus extensive supervision at our MA centers.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework.
• Collect session data to track progress toward treatment goals.
• Assist with assessments and supervision as directed by BCBAs.
• Maintain compliance with supervision standards and documentation.
• Obtain and maintain RBT certification with required supervision and ethics requirements.
• Build positive relationships with children and families, providing daily updates.
