Job summary

ANNA Autism Care in Massachusetts is hiring Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism using the NDBI approach. This center-based role requires RBT certification and offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with no evenings or weekends and a 25–35 hour workweek across 5–7 clients.

Paid training and weekly supervision by BCBA staff are included, with opportunities for advancement such as BCBA sponsorship.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and must be kept in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with autism and ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework.
• Collect session data and report progress to supervisors.
• Assist BCBAs with assessments and preference/skill checks.
• Maintain supervision records and complete documentation.
• Support caregivers with daily updates.
