Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT Strategies
• Complete data collection, in-servicenotes and procedures as outlined by Supervisors
• Participate in all trainings, evaluations and team meetings
• Communicate frequently and effectively with team members
• Bring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS)
• Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors
• Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including all administrative, payroll submissions, billing information, etc., on a timely basis

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Majors: Education, Child Development, Psychology or related field)
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required
• Clean criminal background check
• 4-8 months of experience in an ABA position preferred or experience in a similar field

Offer, Schedule & Benefits

• Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $26.00/hr
• Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm or Part time Schedule: Monday-Friday 2-7pm
• $500 Sign On Bonus for active RBTs; Mileage reimbursement and drive time provided
