Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $28- $30/hour ($31-35 if certified)

• Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

• Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
