Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Therapist for its In STEPPS Clinical Leadership Program. You will provide high-quality, naturalistic ABA therapy 1:1 and support case oversight under the Case Supervisor.

This role offers mentorship, paid supervision for RBT/BCBA hours where eligible, and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative clinical setting. Strong teamwork and dedication to quality care are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience implementing behavior intervention programming.
• High School Diploma; some college units required.
• Bachelor's Degree or RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver’s license.
• Clean criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field ABA therapy using PRT strategies 1:1 with clients.
• Complete data collection, in-service notes and procedures as outlined by Supervisors.
• Assist Case Supervisor with progress review and program evaluation.
• Provide training and support to individuals joining the team.
• Participate in quarterly clinical team meetings and provide parent consultation/training.

Join the In STEPPS Clinical Leadership Program as a Senior Therapist!The Senior Therapist is a leadership position for those with prior experience in providing behavior intervention.
