What You'll Do

As a Behavior Therapist, you\'ll work with children to help them learn new skills, build confidence, and reach their goals. You\'ll be part of a supportive team that works together to make each day fun, rewarding, and full of growth for both the kids and our team members.

Your Role Includes
  • Working directly with children (usually one-on-one) to support behavior goals
  • Following a personalized plan created for each child
  • Using play, creativity, and patience to teach new skills
  • Supporting families and sharing progress
  • Taking notes and tracking the child\'s progress
  • Working closely with your team and supervisor to make sure the child is getting the best support possible

  • Experience working with children is a big plus (but we\'ll provide training if you\'re new!)

Please Note: This position requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Shifts may be in the morning or afternoon. This role starts as part-time, with the potential to grow into full-time hours as the position develops. While we aim to provide consistent opportunities for additional hours, full-time status is not guaranteed.

Compensation: Pay is determined based on ABA experience, educational background, and any applicable language differentials. For language differentials, candidates may be asked to complete a language proficiency assessment to confirm fluency.

Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in progress or completed in psychology or related field from an accredited institution preferred, or enrollment in degree program leading to a degree in psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism in an educational or therapy setting for at least 6 months
  • Complete TB test and livescan clearance
  • Must be comfortable with diaper changes.
  • Must be available M-F 8-5pm to meet business needs.
