Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in psychology or related field and have experience with children, particularly those with autism. This position is available Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field from an accredited institution required.
• Experience working with children with autism in an educational or therapy setting for at least 6 months.
• Complete TB test and livescan clearance.
• Must be comfortable with diaper changes.
• Must be available M-F 8-5PM.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with children to support behavior goals.
• Following a personalized plan created for each child.
• Using play, creativity, and patience to teach new skills.
• Supporting families and sharing progress.

Job Details: Job Location: Delano, CA 93215 Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Working directly with children (usually one‑on‑one) to support behavior goals
• Following a personalized plan created for each child
• Using play, creativity, and patience to teach new skills
• Supporting families and sharing progress
• Taking notes and tracking the child’s progress
• Working closely with your team and supervisor to make sure the child is getting the best support possible
