Job summary

Dream Big Children's Center in Hesperia, CA is seeking a compassionate caregiver to work directly with children, usually one-on-one, to support behavior goals and follow a personalized plan. You’ll use play, creativity and patience to teach new skills, track progress, and share updates with families while collaborating closely with your team and supervisor.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma or GED, with a preferred or in-progress psychology degree, and availability Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred or in progress.
• Experience working with children, especially with autism, is a plus.

Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

Your Role Includes

• Supporting families and sharing progress

• Working closely with your team and supervisor to make sure the child is getting the best support possible

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in psychology or related field from an accredited institution preferred, or enrollment in degree program leading to a degree in psychology or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism in an educational or therapy setting for at least 6 months.
• Complete TB test and livescan clearance.
• Must be comfortable with diaper changes.
• Must be available M-F 8-5PM.
