Job summary

Pops ABA in Greenville, NC seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, teach functional skills, and record progress across home and school settings.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately follow instructions, implement behavior plans, and collect detailed data.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations in homes, schools, or other settings as needed.
• Dedication to ethical standards, client confidentiality, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by the BCBA to address each client’s needs.
• Deliver one-on-one direct instruction using ABA methods (DTT, naturalistic teaching, behavior management).
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in developing functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independence.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes independence and motivation.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to assess progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain communication with clients, families, and team members.
