Centria Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA. You will learn and apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be patient and compassionate with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Eligible to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA with behavior interventions and data collection.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain safety and carry out activities as directed with children.
