Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA and teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Training is provided. You will contribute to a caring team, gain hands-on experience, and help children reach their full potential while gaining CPR/First Aid and TB clearance through employer programs.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; High school diploma or GED; ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with activities and manage transitions under BCBA guidance.
