Job summary

United Care Applied Behavior Analysis PLLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to build a second career in ABA or transition fully into a new field. We offer hands-on training, supervision, and a clear growth path from BT to RBT and beyond.

You’ll work directly with children under BCBA supervision, follow ABA plans, and record data while collaborating with a supportive team. Flexible scheduling includes in-home and center-based options, with hourly pay starting at $20–$23 and path to certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing RBT certification encouraged.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first months of employment.
• Strong communication, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
