STEPS Behavioral Health in Royal Oak, MD is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to support client progress while maintaining a safe, positive environment.

Evening shifts are available as you build caseload; compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications
